Pegasus Global Strategic Solutions awarded DOD contract

Washington, D.C. February 6, 2007 – Pegasus Global Holdings (Pegasus) announced today that its subsidiary Pegasus Global Strategic Solutions, LLC is being awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for Mobile Militarized Countermeasures to address the growing threat of Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Devises (RC-IED) facing forces currently deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. Work will be performed in Lynchburg, Virginia. “Pegasus is proud to provide technology in the effort to stop the number one threat facing the war-fighter today - RC-IEDs,” said Bob Brumley, Managing Director of Pegasus Global Holdings. “Pegasus Global of Reston won a $36.9 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for 1,001 each revolving frequency signal jamming systems to combat improvised explosive devices in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom” (The Washington Post – Feb 12, 2007).
