Charles Warner | Pegasus Global Holdings Advisory Chairman
Charles Warner began as a security analyst in New York and was a registered representative of the New York and American Stock Exchanges and a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers. He was subsequently elected a General Partner and then an Allied Member of the New York and American Stock Exchanges and served as CEO of a venture capital company with diversified interests in technology investments. Charles Warner served for a time in the Reagan Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce with primary responsibilities for international trade development and then returned to the private sector as Director of International Trade Services at Coopers and Lybrand where he advised and directed support services to the import-export operations of Fortune 500 companies and major banking institutions. He again returned to public service as an Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations and Deputy Director General of UNIDO, an independent agency of the UN based in Vienna, Austria. With a staff of 1800 in over 80 countries, the Agency’s mandate was to develop and administer major industrial projects and economic development programs for qualified member states worldwide. He oversaw major projects for the World Bank and the UN Development Program and was subsequently appointed by President Reagan to the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the policy direction of the Secretary of the Treasury and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board. Following his service at the United Nations and IMF, Charles Warner returned to the private sector as a management and finance consultant. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
Richard Maudslay | Perseus Global Advisory Chairman
Richard Maudslay has pursued a highly successful career in the power generation industry, with a wide-ranging business career both in the UK and overseas. In 1985 he became Managing Director of NEI Parsons Turbine Generators. In 1992, he was appointed Managing Director of Rolls-Royce's £1.3billion Industrial Power Group, covering all Rolls-Royce's non-aero interests, and joined the Rolls-Royce plc main Board. He oversaw the sale of the Rolls-Royce's large steam power generation business to Siemens in 1997. He is currently Chairman of the National Nuclear Laboratory, having previously served as Chairman of the MoD Defence Science and Technology Laboratory. He is also a non-executive Director of various businesses in the North of England, including the Port of Blyth and Hardy & Greys Ltd. He is currently the Chairman of the British Mexican Society. Richard Maudslay CBE FREng FIET was awarded a CBE in 2006 for services to business in the North East and is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the Institution of Electrical Engineers and is an Honorary Fellow of the University of Newcastle.
Robert H. Brumley | Managing Director | Pegasus Global Holdings
Robert (Bob) H. Brumley is the Pegasus Global Holdings Managing Director and Co-Founder. Mr. Brumley brings extensive executive experience in the management and financing of early-stage ventures, particularly in aerospace, telecommunications and defense. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of TerreStar Corporation (formerly Motient Corp.) from 2006 to 2008, the President and Chief Executive Officer of TerreStar Global and Terrestar Networks Inc., from 2005 to 2008, having led both firms into the emerging field of Mobile Satellite and Ancillary Terrestrial Communications Systems; raising over $1bn in private investment; and launching Terre Star on NASDAQ [TSTR]. Also during this period he was an Independent Director of iBasis Inc. He was appointed by President Reagan as Chief Legal Officer of the Department of Commerce and Senior Policy Advisor to the Secretary of Commerce and chaired the Reagan Administration policy group that privatized commercial space transportation. He has extensive experience as an international law practitioner and as a senior executive with global communications firms such as Deutsche Telekom and Bell Atlantic International [Verizon]. He has assisted clients in developing international business relationships in the fast-growing regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia. Robert H. Brumley holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from East Tennessee State University and a J.D. from University of Tennessee, George C. Taylor College of Law. He is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Marine Corps.
Michael J. Reedy | Managing Director | Technology
Michael Reedy is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Pegasus Global. He is one of the US Patent holders of the JukeBox™ RF Suppression System, one of the US Department of Defense leading electronic countermeasures for the defeat of roadside bombs and other Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). Michael Reedy served in several executive positions with leading telecommunications and infrastructure providers, including Cambrian Communications and global engineering giant Bechtel Corporation. From 2005-2007 he was the Chief Operating Officer of publicly-traded TerreStar Inc. (TSTR) from its inception as a satellite and terrestrial wireless provider offering emergency response communications solutions to government agencies and Fortune 500 corporations throughout North America. Michael J. Reedy is a graduate of Virginia Tech and George Washington University with a BA in International Economics, an MBA in International Business and Finance and an MA in International Studies and Economics
Robert H. Brumley III | Managing Director | Defense & Security
Robert (Rob) H. Brumley, III is the Managing Director for Pegasus Global Strategic Solutions LLC. Prior to Pegasus he worked for Hunton & Williams, Patent Division as a Clerk, Paralegal Supervisor and Team Coordinator for Litigation Matters. His military experience as a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, legislative experience working on Capitol Hill and Patent Law Experience has provided him a unique background for the development and productization of commercial technology to meet requirements of the Defense and Aerospace Industry. Mr. Brumley has focused on life saving technology for Force Protection since 2003 as the Project Manager for Pegasus’ Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Electronic Warfare (CREW). He has been issued two method patents as a co-inventor by the US Patent and Trademark Office for Electronic Counter Measures which are currently used to thwart detonation of certain Radio-Controlled IEDs near Convoys, Personnel and Bases of Operation. Mr. Brumley has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Military History with a secondary focus on English, Civil Engineering, Naval Science (NROTC) and Computer Science.
Fletcher W. Brumley | Managing Director | Global IP Development
Fletcher W. Brumley has served as the Managing Director for Perseus Global Limited since 2008 and an Executive Advisor to United Kingdom businesses since 2003. He was previously a Director and a consultant for several international companies while living in the United Kingdom. From 2003 to 2004 he was the Finance and Legal analyst for London based European American Securities an international mid cap private equity firm specialising in investments in the areas of Bio-Medical Research, Precious Metals and international market analysis. He was the Director of Legal Services for Globix Corporation’s subsidiary Globix UK LTD a dedicated internet infrastructure and network services organization from 2004 to 2006 and also severed as the Director of Legal Services for Telecity Corporation from 2006 to 2008. His international experience in Regulatory Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Bio-Medical investment, Telecom, Satellite and IT based technologies has provided him with a wealth of experience to utilise in the IP and Technology Development sector. He has a Bachelors degree from Washington College in Political Science and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool with a focus in International Business and Finance. He is a US citizen that is currently residing in the United Kingdom.

Lord Lewis Moonie | Advanced Technologies
Lord (Lewis) Moonie is a Senior Medical Adviser and Clinical Pharmacologist in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Lord Moonie became a Life Peer in 2005 after being the Member of Parliament for Kirkcaldy between 1987 and April 2005. He had responsibility for science and technology when he was Parliamentary Under Secretary for State at the Ministry of Defence from January 2000 to June 2003 when he had responsibility for MoD's science and technology.  Before becoming an MP, Lord Moonie was a Consultant in public health medicine for the Fife Health Board. He serves as Independent Non Executive Director of PartyGaming Plc from December 2007 and served as its Senior Independent Director since August 2008. He served as Non-Executive Director of AEA Technology Plc from April 1, 2004 to 23 July 2009.
Damien McDonnell | Science & Innovation
Damien McDonnell is the Chief Executive of Science Services Ltd, a company he co-founded to provide expert scientific/technical advice and intellectual asset management support to assist public and private sector clients move into high-value goods, services and industries. He has a wealth of experience working both nationally and internationally with business and political leaders and was also the founding Chairman of the Northern Ireland Government’s Science and Industry Advisory Panel, Matrix serving from 2007 to April 2011. He represented Northern Ireland on the Strategic Advisory Group of the UK Technology Strategy Board (TSB) over that period. He was the Chief Executive of the DDA from 1999 until 2007 responsible for setting up the Agency from a Government White Paper concept to a successful technology brokerage and consultancy service making accessible the UK’s investment in defence technology for the benefit of wealth creation in the wider economy. The Agency pioneered and developed a unique approach for delivering Defence Diversification where none previously existed. Much of what the DDA started (Getting More Into and From the UK’s Investment in Defence Research) is now embedded into MOD mainstream activity. He is a distinguished UK scientist, inventor and innovator and his achievements have been recognised with his appointment by the Queen as an officer of the Order of The British Empire (OBE) in 1997, an Honorary Professor and Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) for his work on Liquid Crystal Technology by the University of Hull and his election as a Fellow of the UK’s Institute of Physics. Damien’s impressive career in R&D has largely been within the UK MOD’s Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA), where he managed the Imaging Sensors and Electronics Department of the Malvern based Electronics Division and then as their Commercial Director, he innovated patents and generated new income streams of over £200million establishing several joint technology ventures between DERA and global blue chip companies.
Robin Ashby | Communications & Markets
Robin Ashby is Managing Partner of Bergmans, a specialist consultancy and counsel business with a particular interest in defense and technology. Over the last 25 years he has advised most of the major US defense prime contractors who are active in the United Kingdom.  He founded and runs the U K Defence Forum in 1996 as a non-partisan body that aims to ensure UK legislators are better informed about defense and security issues. He is Publishing Editor for a subscription-only daily defense alert (Defence Red Box) and Defence Viewpoints. The UK Defence Forum administers the All Party Parliamentary Group for the Armed Forces, and a Declaration of Interest, which includes financial backers. Robin Ashby advised Terrestar's European project and helped to establish the Council of Advisors for Perseus Global Ltd.
Philip Cheek | Finance
Philip Cheek has over 18 years Board level experience across a diversity of sectors, IT Managed Services, Real Estate, Logistics , Defense & Security. He is currently serving as European Managing Director for a Technolgy firm. Philip is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and brings extensive senior executive level experience, with a proven ability to deliver strong leadership, and a focus on profitability and a track record in enhancing stakeholder value. Prior to joining Pegasus as an Advisor he has held a number of executive roles, including Managing Director at Globix Ltd for seven years, where he turned the company into a profitable managed hosting company culminating in a £35m trade sale. He has extensive Mergers and Acquisitions experience with high growth technology companies. He has also had a high level of exposure with integration of businesses post merger and specializes in Change Management and Restructuring for companies that are in need of financial turnarounds.
